Well, I've began sending off the deluge of letters to tell people about my trip It's really quite exciting to see everything begin to come together. Thank you to everyone who has responded to my letter, it's great to hear from you, and to hear that you are interested in what my dad and I are doing. And, WELCOME to anybody who is just starting to read this blog. It's good to have you on board. To learn more about what we're doing, read the entry Getting Started just before this.
Swim team districts are next weekend; after that I will begin training for my monstrous ride this summer. I'll be sure to post again (though, I imagine I'll be rather sore) when I begin my training, so please check back in a couple of days!
