Hi Chip & Seth --

I met you in Apgar village and just found your blog address in my wallet. I'm the guy from Grand Rapids, Michgan you talked to in front of the Ice Cream/ Souvenir shop.

You should be hitting Michigan any day now. My offer of a place to stay still stands. I think you said you were heading through Kalamazoo to look at K-College. I gave you my phone number in Apgar. If you've misplaced it, just email me at the address below and I'll send it to you at your email address. Just let me know if you need a ride, or a hand with anything.

I'm enjoying your blog -- you are a good writer, Seth.

If I don't hear from you, ride safely with a good tailwind at your back. (And, Seth... stay out of the gravel! ;-)

Hi Chip and Seth,

Yoni Herzbrun's dad here... He wasn't certain that he gave you our contact information when you met on the road last week. Please call us at 585-385-3931...(leave a message if we're not in.) Or you can e-mail us at mherzbrun@sjfc.edu. We live just 3-5 minutes by car from the Erie Canal in Pittsford, NY. (That's on your route, isn't it??)

We hope the breeze stays gently at your backs, just as we hope that the winds remain quiet for Yoni and Mike.
